SWITZERLAND STANDARD DELIVERY takes 2-3 working days and costs handling and postage £2.00 per order + £0.70 per item in the pack. Orders over £35.00 are FREE delivered in Switzerland. REDEEM CODE: THIRTY5.
EUROPE STANDARD DELIVERY takes 5-7 working days and costs £3.00 per order + £0.70 per item in the pack. This is available to Belgium, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Isle of Man, Italy, Jersey, Kosovo, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Macedonia, Malta, Moldova, Monaco, Montenegro, Montserrat, Netherlands, Norfolk Island, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Roumania, Spain, Sweden, and Vatican City State (Holy See). NORTH AMERICA (US, CANADA & MEXICO) STANDARD DELIVERY takes 5-7 working days and costs £4.00 per order + £0.70 per item in the pack. Orders over £40.00 are FREE delivered to US, Canada and Mexico. REDEEM CODE: PHORTY.
WORLDWIDE STANDARD DELIVERY takes 7-10 working days and costs £8.50 per order + £0.70 per item in the pack. Orders over £50.00 are FREE delivered Worldwide. REDEEM CODE: FIFTY.
Where a discount code is associated for example with a particular event and applies, free delivery codes for certain amounts for ordered items don't. Clients have to use one code or the other, but not both simultaneously. The code which provides the customer with the most savings is generally favoured.
Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only, and commence from the date of dispatch. We make all reasonable efforts to deliver products within the time specified, but we accept no liability for any failure to deliver within that time.
If you've ordered the wrong shade, email us: email@example.com so we can let you know the right warehouse where to return your order to.
Provided we receive your return package within 14 days, unopened and in its original packaging, we'll be happy to refund the cost of the product. This 14 day period starts from the date we notify you that we've dispatched your order.
We reserve the right not to process your return if it arrives after the 14 day period has expired, if it arrives without prior notification, or if the returned product/ package is in any way damaged.
Where there is evidence that the shipment has been processed by a courier company, but the order didn’t reach the customer for some reason beyond the responsibility of Ownbrown, there is no refund.
