We'll email you to confirm dispatch of your order. We send your order from Switzerland depending on where you order from, so shipping costs vary:
 

SWITZERLAND STANDARD DELIVERY takes 2-4 working days and costs handling and postage £2.00 per order + £0.70 per item in the pack.

EUROPE STANDARD DELIVERY takes 5-7 working days and costs £4.00 per order + £0.70 per item in the pack. This is available to England, Belgium, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Isle of Man, Italy, Jersey, Kosovo, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Macedonia, Malta, Moldova, Monaco, Montenegro, Montserrat, Netherlands, Norfolk Island, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Roumania, Spain, Sweden, and Vatican City State (Holy See).

NORTH AMERICA (US, CANADA & MEXICO) STANDARD DELIVERY takes 5-7 working days and costs £5.00 per order + £0.70 per item in the pack.

WORLDWIDE STANDARD DELIVERY takes 7-10 working days and costs £8.50 per order + £0.70 per item in the pack.


GUARANTEED DELIVERY & TRACKING - Customers can request guaranteed delivery and get their product tracked from the collection point to their door, for an additional fee of £6.50. The customer assumes the risk of any loss or deterioration of the goods, if he has not requested delivery against signature.


Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only, and commence from the date of dispatch. We make all reasonable efforts to deliver products within the time specified, but we accept no liability for any failure to deliver within that time.

 

Returns

If you've ordered the wrong shade, email us: info@ownbrown.com so we can let you know the right warehouse where to return your order to.

Provided we receive your return package within 14 days, unopened and in its original packaging, we'll be happy to refund the cost of the product. This 14 day period starts from the date we notify you that we've dispatched your order.

We reserve the right not to process your return if it arrives after the 14 day period has expired, if it arrives without prior notification, or if the returned product/ package is in any way damaged.

Where there is evidence that the shipment has been processed by a courier company, but the order didn’t reach the customer for some reason beyond the responsibility of Ownbrown, there is no refund.

This doesn't affect your statutory rights.
